First of all, thank you for adding this book to your TBR lists. I have a few things I wanted to clear up for all of you before you decide to read this story further.
So, here we go!
1. I wrote this story when I was NEW to writing. I assume that no one is flawless without making their initial attempt, as this allows them to learn more effectively. If there are people who can be perfect in their first attempt, they are talented, and I have no guilt in admitting that I wasn't as talented as others in the beginning. Therefore, this story has flawsโmaybe in the beginning, middle, or endโbut I assure you that I have learned from my mistakes.
2. THIS ONE'S VERY IMPORTANT: My character 'Jade' adopts a cringe-worthy the nickname for his love interest at first to demonstrate that he was utterly OBSESSED with her, despite the fact that he had no such feelings within. That earns her the nickname 'Little Lamb', but as the novel progresses and his character develops, this term evolves into something better in the following chapters.
3. There is a proverb that goes something like this: 'Don't just assume what's going to happen based on the first few things.' The same goes for this book. Again, some readers may find this book cringeworthy or improper at first, but please do not base your expectations on that alone.
4. If you still decide to put this book down after reading, you can simply leave it. Please stop commenting things like 'This is annoying' or 'What a piece of sh*t'. If I respect your decision not to read, I believe I can expect the same from you for not upsetting my mental state by doing so. It's hilarious when you guys do this.
5. No hate toward anyone. Laugh all you want, but I know what and how I wrote. This book was an escape for me from a bad and abusive relationship that I had, and writing it actually healed me. I am not giving any further explanations to anyone.
6. From now on, I won't hesitate to block any user who would still engage in spreading such negativity. I am putting my peace of mind first now, and I don't think I am wrong in that.
PLEASE MAINTAIN PEACE AND STOP THROWING HATRED. You never know what a person is going through or when Karma will return.
